
Tshepo Mokoena is the Executive Chairman of In2IT Pty Ltd as well as the founder and chairman for Moving Ahead Development Agency-NPC (MADA).
Mokoena, an entrepreneur, is self-starter who believes decisions not conditions determine one’s destiny.
His guiding principle is: “A courageous man stands for what he believes in, faces fear, failure and criticism. He always changes his path instead of following someone’s footsteps.”
At the core of his drive in life is the development of youth and entrepreneurs, having dedicated a significant amount of time, and energy in creating opportunities for young people. Over last 3 years he has been instrumental in training over 1100 young employees with tech skills.
Mokoena is also a renowned social justice activist, particularly empowerment of women and has committed his time creating awareness and delivering meaningful a message around gender-based violence.
To add value, Mokoena runs community building projects, championing funding of IT skills development programs.
The highly respected tech executive also remains involved in community social development upliftment, which saw him being recognised by the Gauteng Social Development MEC, winning the 2019/2020 Social Development South African men of the year award.
